I should have a better idea in about 2 weeks. I have all the info on processors and controls side, but am working out the final details with the UI/Display. I am trying to work towards $250 wired / $300 wireless. But these numbers can still go down depending where I can find places to cut component cost.

The major cost is the temp probes! 4 fairly accurate temp probes with the hardware and circuits to power them is well over $100 of the cost!
